You should care about blood sugar even if you don't have diabetes, because you might have diabesity which means that you might have imbalances in insulin in blood sugar even before your blood sugar starts to go up than when you get diabetes. This can happen very early on. And you know what? 40% of people who are skinny, have diabesity, because they're skinny fat people, that means they're metabolically obese.

They have less muscle, more fat in their body than someone who's let's say muscular at the same weight and that causes them to be at risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes and many more things. So, blood sugar problems affect one out every two Americans, that's every other person, that's probably you.
