What Foods Commonly Cause Food Allergies?

Most people think of food allergies as, shell fish, peanut allergy, where you get it right away. But there's a whole group of food sensitivities, that are delayed. You don't know you have it right away. And the most common things are gluten, which is wheat, barley, rye and oats. Dairy, corn, eggs, soy and then a few others like citrus and nitrate vegetables like tomatoes, eggplants, peppers.

Those are the ones that tend to cause the most problems for the most people.
