After you do the detox diet you want to reintroduce the foods that you eliminated to see how you feel. Whether it's gluten or dairy or corn and see what happens. Now your body is the best doctor. When you stop eating the food for a little while, you have to feel a lot better, when you reintroduced it you might not and that's you body's clue that there is something wrong with your diet, it doesn't work for you.

So your body is the best doctor, listen to it and introduce foods slowly and see how you feel and if you have a reaction wait about 12 weeks off it, start again, try it again and see how you feel, and if you still don't feel good you probably don't want to eat that long term.
