What Is Chi-Gong?

Qi Gong is an exercise that integrates the mind and the body, originated in China several thousands of years ago. Now its become popular here in the west, you see people at the park practicing Tai- Chi which is a form of Qi Gong. Qi Gong simply means the study of mastery of energy in your body.

And so this practice can be very very simple to learn, you can even learn on a audio set. In fact I have a set called Qi meditations for self healing, simple body movements as well as just being in certain postures and stances and breathing and visualization combined to help you activate your body's self healing mechanism.

So I consider Chi-Gong as one of the best and the easiest longevity secret.
