DHA is the best brain food. Many studies have shown that the lower your DHA level the smaller is your brain and the more forgetful you are. DHA is one of the most important building blocks of the cells in your brain. They also help to improve blood flow to the brain and reduce inflammation in the brain. Studies have shown that people who take DHA on a regular basis for six months, improve their brain function by significantly, as if their brain is three years younger.

You cab obtain DHA by eating food such as salmon two or three times a week. You can also take DHA supplements which are available in the market. One particular DHA that I recommend is called Algal DHA which is a vegetarian form and you can obtain it at a doze of 900mg per day.
