How Can Exercise Help Improve My Memory?

I think dancing is the single best way to grow your brain bigger and stronger. Why? Because dancing activates and stimulates all of your brain areas at the same time. For example, by memorizing the sequence of steps, you have to stimulate the parts of your brain for attention, concentration and memory, by maintaining balance and making sure that you don't step on your partner's foot, you're stimulating parts of the brain for balance and equilibrium, by listening to music and following the steps, you're stimulating much of your right hemisphere.

Dancing is also an excellent way for reducing stress, improving mood and getting in shape. These three factors are extremely important for you to have an excellent memory and grow the size of your brain.
