While Dining in an Italian Restaurant, What Foods Should I Choose?

Italian restaurants are tough but I don't want to tell you that you can use it as an excuse to make bad choices because no matter where you are you can make good choices. So when I dine out in an Italian restaurant, I tend to like to start my meal with a cup of [xx] I think soup fills you up has about 100 or 130 calories and then you want to overeat during your meal.

When I'm at an Italian restaurant I tend to avoid pasta because the serving sizes are huge so I order thing like fish with tomato sauce and steamed vegetables and salad with dressing on the side, and if you really want bread in an Italian Restaurant, go for the brick sticks and skip the butter stick to one or two brick sticks deep it in marinara or eat them plain but do not touch the bread bucket.
