Good sources of carbohydrates are things that are packed with whole grains, 100% whole wheat bread and I also like fruits and vegetables and those are a little of carbohydrates. Some of my favorite carby finds are bread that has 40 or 50 calories a slice that has about six grams of fiber preserving, I like those thin rolls that you get now, those two are also loaded with fiber and they have about 90 or 100 calories, fantastic find.
