I think the best way to reduce your cravings for sweets is to actually eat sweets every now and then. I'm not saying go overboard, but if you're craving something sweet, buy something sweet that's satisfying that's not too bad for you. Another thing, of you really don't want to eat anything else but you're craving something sweet, pop a mint in your mouth or a piece of mint gum.
