Read Transcript

Football season, we all like to munch things in front of the television. I am no exception. I go for baked snack chips. I like some of those popped chips they are lower in fat, they are lower in calories. You really want to read the bags. So you want to look for something that has four or five grams of fat per serving, maybe even 120 calories at most.

Portion controlled snacks, those get thumbs up you don't want a big giant bag of something you are just going to eat the whole bag of. So portion controlled snacks, fantastic. Also microwave popcorn 94% fat free popcorn like that if you really want to be super healthy you can just bake up a batch of kale chips.

So what you do there is you get fresh kale and you throw it in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Watch it so it doesn't burn, throw a little salt on it maybe sprite a little olive oil, it's amazing really, really good even kids like that.
