How can you eat chocolate if you're on a diet? Well that is a tough one. If you're the kind of person that has self control, you can maybe eat a square or two of dark chocolate which is better for you than milk chocolate. I actually love those high fiber muffin tops, they're all natural, they're muffin tops, you find them at the supermarket in the freezer section, loaded with fiber, very low in fat.
