How Can I Plan A Healthy Meal in the Shortest Possible Time?

Well I have two recommendations if you want to plan a healthy meal in a very short period of time. If you have any time to prep at all and you want just to throw things into a crocpot you can set it, leave the house and that takes no time, because literally you just throw everything in, turn everything on and you go.

If you don't even have time for that, I recommend foil pack, so you basically take three or four ingredients, you put it in a foil pack you bake it there are usually done 20 to 30 minutes, can't get much faster than, and another great time saver is to make sure you're prepared before you go to the supermarket.

Don't just go there and walk up and down the aisle and start throwing things into your cart, bring a list and stick to it, OK. Get that list, know exactly what you need, walk around that store, throw everything in your cart that you need, and never shop when you're hungry because you'll buy things and you're home you'll be like what did I just buy? Do not do that, it's a bad idea.
