If you love pizza, and you're the kind of person that has to order take out pizza, there're a couple of rules you can follow to save a lot of calories and fat. First of all, order same crust pizza, you save tones of cubby calories. Next order half the cheese, that's it, only half the cheese.

You don't need tones of cheese, you don't need extra cheese order half the cheese, and then for your toppings, use fresh veggies like mushrooms, onions, peppers,. Avoid the veggies that will soak up the oil like that fried egg plant, and of course the meaty toppings like sausage and pepperoni, ditch those.
