How Can I Eat Healthy When I'm Busy?

When you're busy and you want to eat healthy the key is to be prepared. The boy scouts? They're right, they always say be prepared and you should be prepared too. So how do you do that? Always keep emergency snacks on hand. In my bag at any given time I will have things like 100 calorie packs of nuts, almonds or pistachios, maybe a protein bar, freeze-dried fruit, some beef jerky, things that are high in protein that are satisfying that can stop me from making bad choices if I'm super hungry.

That is my best tip.
