The diverticulosis are little pockets or holes that develop in the colon, in fact it is related to constipation or to genetics, and then these pockets in the colon can trap seeds or stool. Usually it doesn't cause a problem but they can cause if there can be bleeding with that, there can be infections and you can actually cause a hole in the colon [xx] diverticulum ruptures.
