Well when we talk about sleep, and it's so critical for many, many functions in the body, but it's also important because when we sleep is actually when our body produces 50% of growth hormone, and it typically happens after an hour of the onset of sleep in what we call the non - rapid eye movement type of asleep and so this is why it's so critical that you get USVs, you got to get USVs to produce your HGH.
