Read Transcript

There's two kinds of urinary incontinence. One kind is called stress incontinence. This is the incontinence when you cough, laugh, sneeze and a little bit of the urine comes out. In most cases, this is a result of childbirth. If you push out a 9 pound baby something's going to give and a lot of times, it's your pelvic floor.

But it's not just about childbirth, some people have a genetic predisposition, being overweight, smoking can all contribute to the problem. The other major kind of incontinence is called over reactive bladder. And basically this is when the bladder wall contracts inappropriately making you lose urineThis is what we call kidney door incontinence.

When you get your kidney door, and is not going to make it. This often caused by age, and medications, and problems that are unrelated to child birth.
