So one of the best foods to prevent wrinkles is cabbage, and I love cabbage because it's so inexpensive and easy to find, everyone can start bringing more cabbage into their life, and what people don't realize is that cabbage actually has more vitamin C by weight than oranges, and this vitamin C is going to help strengthen the collagen to protect against all the breakdown, the inflammation in the body which is breaking down the skin and creating the wrinkles to show up in the first place.

Now, when it comes to cabbage I always say choose the purple cabbage which has 68 times more vitamin C than green cabbage, and you can keep it in your fridge, you can slice it up, toss it in your salads, toss it in different dishes, it adds a beautiful color as it's helping your wrinkles to become less visible and for your skin to look more youthful.
