Vitamin E is a really important vitamin, to support lung health, it's also really great for your skin. Some of the best sources of vitamin E include sunflower seeds. About half a cup will meet your daily recommendations along with three quarters of a cup of dried apricots, half a cup of hazelnuts.

And what's so great about these vitamin E rich foods, is that they are really easy to transport. So I recommend throwing them in your purse, keeping them at work, even in your car, so you remember to eat them and get that vitamin E into your body on a daily basis.
