Yes while cellulite does have a genetic component, the foods that we eat can greatly help reduce the appearance of cellulite itself. Food that helps to strengthen the collagen will help, because what cellulite really is, is the fats must pop up with the collagen to create that [xx] appearance.

If we can eat food which are strengthening to the collagen and are anti inflammatory, and also foods that help to reduce acidic toxins in the body which tend to be stored in the fat cells, it can expand and make the cellulite look worse.
