Well, my personal philosophy is the best state-of-art equipment is you. There's nothing better than doing your own body weight exercises. You can do cardiovascular exercise using your own body weight, you can do strength training exercises like pull-ups and push-ups and tips, you can do yoga, for example, for your flexibility, and also some strength with yoga cause yoga can be very vigorous as well and of course balanced exercises, you're going to get from yoga and nothing beats the jump rope for a great cardiovascular exercise.

So you and the rope, you and the five dolla rope all you need. Six minutes of jump-rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of jogging.
