[MUSIC] I think exercise is great value in everything, and if someone suffers from chronic pelvic pain or someone suffers from pain with endometriosis, exercising can often times increase your endorphins and increase serotonin, and helps you deal with your pain in a little better manner.

Also it's been proven that people who are overweight have the worst problems with endometriosis, so by exercising we'll keep your weight down, it will definitely help with endometriosis.
