The most common symptoms of external haemorrhoids are that you may feel a small bump on the rectal area that may have a blue tinge to it or you may notice some itching, pain or blood in your underwear or even on the toilet paper. If you have internal hemorrhoids, those you won't see or feel, but what can happen with these is that they can bleed significantly on underwear or into the toilet water or you may notice a yellow stain on the panties which is mucus because internal hemorrhoids can stick mucus.
