You mention salmon all the time because it's reach in omega -3 but salmon is also very rich in Vitamin D. One serving of wild salmon would give a 1000 units and for other options that are easier to find and a little less expensive you can also use canned salmon. So here for a typical lunch we have a salad with five ounces of canned salmonette, that's 775 units of D, and you put it with some low fat vitamin D fortified yogurt, that gives you another E, so again it's substantial amount and if you're someone who doesn't like salmon, there are other options, you can do canned tuna or even shrimp.

All these make sense, they are affordable.
