How Can I Make Healthy Bread Choices?

So the healthiest bread choices are those that are going to bring nutrients into your cells and that are not going to have adverse effect on your blood sugar. So how do we do this, we create situations where we are eating breads with a lot of fiber on them, there's not a lot of calories and there's not a lot of carbohydrates in them.

That's how we do that, so some of the breads that I love for this, really simple, really easy. You can make your own bread like cracker, with nothing more than just power jaan, simple power jaan, that's it, you shred some power jaan, you put it on a baking sheet, you bake it for a few minutes and you've got a really crunchy, tasty, rich Cheryl tasting or rich power jaan crackle, it's delicious.

Another thing that you want to look for in your breads not too many ingredients, you want to keep the ingredients low because when you have too many ingredients you're getting a lot of preservatives and a lot of other things that you don't want in there. So I love a lot of the coconut breads, I love the almond breads, they're some of the best choices out there and a lot of those coconut breads and the almond breads that you can buy they actually have really low carbohydrates, really low.

So they're a good one to stick with.
