So in terms of reducing your risk for cancer especially when it comes to diet. There are a lot of studies coming out these days that talk about increasing fruits and vegetable which will also increase your fibre and the nutrients and the vital nutrients that you are getting from this wonderful plant-based foods.
In terms of my research, I study people who heal from cancer, and what I've seen across the radical informations/g that I look at is that they radically change the diet in four ways. First they greatly increased fruits and vegetables, so especially the fresh ones, the more you can eat fresh, lightly steamed, raw, the better.
The second thing they do, is they greatly decrease their intake of meat, wheat, sweets and dairy. In addition they also try to drink filtered water and they try to buy organic foods whenever possible.
