What Can My Dreams Tell Me About My Health?

Your dreams are always giving you a snapshot of either what to release and let go of or what to move toward in order to be a more healthy version of you and that's body, mind and spirit not just your body. For example our nightmares are helping us to release and let go of baggage of beliefs systems of thoughts that don't empower us, that don't serve us, so they're always helping us to let go of something, or sometimes you'll have really aspirational dreams like flying or having a meeting with the Dalai Lama or winning the lottery and those are dreams that are helping to give us an insight about what to move toward in order to move towards optimum health not just surviving but thriving.
