[MUSIC] Exercise has so many effects on the body, it directly improves blood flow to the muscles and it makes your bone stronger, it makes your muscle stronger, it makes your pendants and ligaments stronger which we don't often think about, and that's why building up your exercise is important.

These things take time to get stronger, muscles can get really strong really quickly and you can do yourself an injury if you're trying to build up too quick. Walking is the best exercise for most people, and once you're well into your walking and you're feeling good getting your 10, 000 or more steps a day, then if you're interested you can do some more aggressive, more intensive types of exercise like cycling, or running or any kind of exercise that you like doing.
