A vegan diet also known as a plant based diet is the same thing, it's good for you long-term because it prevents heart disease, it actually reverses heart disease, it prevents certain types of cancer and it reverses type 2 diabetes, type 2 diabetes alone can take off a decade of your life, it's a very serious disease even though you can take medication for it, you often lose your eyesight, you can have a limb amputated so this is a really exciting thing that you can reverse these very serious chronic diseases with a vegan diet.
