Which Foods Are Good Sources of Vitamin B12?

So the only reliable source of vitamin B12, naturally occurring, I'm not talking about supplements are animal protein food. So meat, chicken, poultry pork to sea food, even things like eggs and dairy products. There is also fortified foods which can be a wonderful bridge, so breakfast cereal can be a fabulous source, that's fortified breakfast cereal it will say in your label that it's fortified with B12.

Also there's something called a nutritional yeast or a brewer's yeast, look on the label to make sure it's fortified with B12 but many of them are.
