Read Transcript

Before trying Kung Fu, I suggest that you take a free class, take a look at the school, take a look at the instructor, make sure that you understand the philosophy of the school and then it makes sense for you. If it's not not a perfect fit, keep looking, and if your first experience is not a good one, try to find another school, but I assure you there are a lot great Kung Fu instructors out there, and if you have any questions please feel free to email me at sifu, S-I-F-U, romein@gmail.com, I'll be happy to answer any of your questions about Kung Fu.

There are no real prerequisites for Kung Fu, because the truth is, I see a lot of people that come in say I'm going to get in shape, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that, and they never come in. So the truth is just go, take your first class and during the class you will learn the techniques to help you to remember.

Number one get stronger, number two get limber, number three strengthen your mind. So just go in take that first class and just try it and I guarantee you you'll love it.
