Kung Fu is an ancient martial arts whose roots state back over 5000 years. Kung Fu is known as the first organised system of martial arts so it's great for self defence, it's great for staying in shape as well as helping to be more successful in other areas of your life in Kung Fu we have many different types of movements, of cause we have the basic punches, and blocks that most martial arts techniques have, but Kung Fu also imitates the movements of animals things like the tiger or the snake or even the crane.
They're very effective, very powerful and useful in different strategies for self-defense.
