So the neck and the shoulder because they sit right next to each other, they share the same muscles. If you have a problem with your shoulder, the muscles are going to get weak around that area. So when they do, they're going to start tightening up and you're going to use the wrong muscles to help lift your arm.

That way the muscles that pull up and connect into the neck will actually tag down in your neck and cause tension and headaches.
