I recommend if you're doing a cleanse to make sure you're incorporating a lot of leafy green vegetables, especially kale, spinach, any kind of leafy green that you enjoy. You could also do other kinds of fruits and vegetables, definitely some, add some healthy fats like from flax seeds, or hemp seeds, from avocado.
Make sure you're getting a whole wide variety of nutrients into your cleansing drink.
