Probably one of the most important exercises to help you lose belly fat. I believe that fitness begins in the kitchen so it's about nutrition first, and I always have about 15 grams of sugar or less. So you got to do that, that's the cure to the belly fat but then once that belly fat is there what you can do to tighten and tone the abdonminals is something I like to call the waist whittler.

And you can do it at home most importantly so you don't have to go to the gym.
