Sun spots are often called age spots, but you don't have to be old to get them, says dermatologist Dr. Jordana Gilman. To find out why even young people might see spots—and how to prevent them—watch this video.
Sun spots are sign that you had to much sun, and more fair your skin is, the earlier you'll see them, People call them age spots because typically you see more sun spots when you get older because you've accumulated enough sun exposure to finally make them but there're really not because you're a certain age there because you had enough sun.
We spend much time of energy taking care of our faces that we often forget about our hands. It's very important to remember that our hands get as much or more exposure than our faces do, and they need the same protection. So everyday we're pulling our sun screens on our faces, we need to put it on our hands, and also on our chest.
