Now knee swing. Start with your hands on your waist. Bring that knee all the way up so it's in line with your hip and just sway that foot side to side. A lot of people have the tendency to flex their foot. You just want to relax it and let it dangle side to side. Really breathe. Pull your stomach in and stand up straight, drive those shoulder blades back.

You want a straight line from the top of your head all the way down to that standing foot.
