Diets fail because cut back on eating calories and their diet was already micro nutrient efficient. It's not a question of eating too many calories, it's they're eating the wrong type of calories. Calories that make you gain weight, the right type of calories and the right type of foods take away your addictive hunger, there are things that prevent cancer and prevent heart disease and prevent diabetes and foods that make you lose weight.
We have to eat more of those better foods not less of them. We have to eat more of the right foods and less of the wrong foods to lose weight not just really nearly cutting back on calories.
