[BLANK_AUDIO] According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, kids do not need multivitamins. They really should be getting their vitamins from foods. If they are eating even a general variety of foods, they should be getting enough vitamins. And because so many of our foods are fortified with vitamins it's really not hard to get the numbers of vitamins that our kids need.
