Fibromyalgia is a very complex medical condition and it's certainly not one size fits all. For some people the weather and the seasons can make a big difference in fibromyalgia symptoms. Some people, the seasons change whether we're talking about winter, or the rainy seasons, sometimes cold, clammy weather can worsen fibromyalgia symptoms, and if you know this is you being sort of in warmer climate and drier climates actually could be very helpful, and don't forget mental health.

Mental health is so important. We also know that fibromyalgia can often be associated with other symptoms, including things like anxiety and depression, and if you feel like your mood often changes with the weather, that's something to take note of as well. You make sure that you speak with your doctor about your symptoms, and really come up with a treatment plan that works for you.
