First of all make sure you're getting plenty of rest, sleep is so important with this condition, make sure that you're eating a healthy balanced diet, that's important as well, and make sure as well that you minimize the stress in your life. There are other behaviors that can be very helpful in addition exercises that can be helpful.

Aerobic exercise, even water therapy and don't forget things like yoga and tai chi. And finally one of the other things that can be very helpful for patients is therapy, whether it's counselling or cognitive behavioral therapy there is a number of different things that could be great options for you in coming up with your comprehensive treatment plan.
