If you have bipolar disorder the better way to communicate with your partner is letting them know when you're beginning to feel a little bit different when you are starting to hit that manic phase, it's important that you get some help because you will at some point be so far above as far as energy level and feelings of superiority that you won't be able to communicate with your partner.

If you're starting to loose that energy and you're feeling that you're about to crash through your depression again, inform your partner and let them know what it is that you're feeling. If you are a partner to someone with a Bipolar disorder, the most important thing that you can do is to make sure that you keep your patience with that individual because remember it is a mental illness, and secondly, and most importantly, get them to a doctor right away especially if they're not getting that treatment.

Grab them by the hand and take them to the physician or indoor psychologist to make sure that there getting help.
