There are a number of sources of Copper including steamed or cooked oysters, sesame seeds, dark chocolate which is my favorite cashews, cashew nuts are great. Copper is so important to be taken internally, it plays an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant role, so every organ system including heart health because it helps to create new blood vessels, so it's a really important ingredient for us to consume.
