So I like the quinoa blue berry pancakes and my main tip is to substitute the quinoa for the flour, which makes it much more healthy and less fattening, and no one will really know. When you put the quinoa into the pancakes, what you're doing is you're boosting the nutritional value of the pancakes by adding a lot of protein, you're taking out the flour, so you're taking out basically some of the starch and some of the fat from the pancakes by putting in quinoa and it makes it taste really, really good no one knows the difference, you add blue berries for anti-oxidants and boom you have yourself a great meal.
