Quinoa's packed with Amino Acids and Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein which we need for our skin. Now we have 10 of the 20 known essential Amino Acids, the rest of the Amino Acids we have to get from food. And in terms of what they do, is they strengthen collagen, and they nourish our body in terms of our skin, hair and nails improving the appearance, making our nails strong, our hair shiny and making our collagen for our skin supple and elastic.
It's a great nutrient.
