Well strawberries in this study just came out that showed a dramatic 14% reduction in that LDL cholesterol in just one month, so strawberries are great, apples are phenomenal for lowering your cholesterol because they contain peptine which this unique soluble fiber, it basically it sucks the cholesterol out.

And with regard to the strawberries, the study showed that three cups a day, is what was the magic number which by the way contains amusely 200 calories, and the subject eight, one and a half cup in the morning and then another one and a half cup, which is not much in the afternoon and again they got a 14% drop again which is just phenomenal.
