The one thing I want you to know out there, that there two faces of heartburn. Heartburn most of us have an experience with, we get it every now and then and some holidays or when we eat certain things, that's regular heartburn, but there's another phase of heartburn where you suffer every day and if you're suffering from this every single day that is not normal, and you have something called Gastroesophageal reflex disease or GERD, but one thing we want you to avoid is not just being a heartburn sufferer and then progressing to a GERD hostage we don't want you to become an esophagi cancer victim, and if you have GERD you possibly can have this to move on to something much more serious that could take your life.
