For women, sexual satisfaction can be directly tied to the sensitivity of the clitoris. In this video, sexuality counselor Dr. Ian Kerner explains how clitoral sensitivity and stimulation can affect a woman's sexual fulfillment.
The clitoris is the powerhouse of the female orgasm, and unfortunately when it comes to female sexuality, I often say that guys, through no fault of their own, are illclitorate. Many guys know more about what's under the hood of a car, than they do under the hood in the hot of the clitoris.
I think guys really need to develop a basic knowledge, a female sexual anatomy. A little knowledge goes such a long way. For example, all of the sensitivity nerve endings that contribute to the female orgasm are mainly located on the surface of the vulva. Okay so that's what you see the clitoris, the labia, that's where all the sensitive nerve endings are and they respond to stimulation more than penetration.
In fact, sex positions, missionary especially, often misses the clitoris all together. So positions like woman on top, that's a great possession because it provides a lot of clitoral interaction but it also really allows a woman to control the pace, the intensity, the speed, the rhythm.
So, I think with a little knowledge it's easy to get clitorate and give the vulva.
