I think that food is there to be enjoyed, so it's really finding the foods that works for you, that work towards your goals and enjoying them. But there is lots of different ways to prepare them, and of course portion always counts, how much, how often and when is what makes the difference.

So, choose the foods that support you goals on a more regular basis and the foods that are a little bit more, I guess indulgent would be the word, though I find a great mango to be indulgent but that's another topic for another time. And have those foods less often or shared, so you're not having as much of them.
