The best way to manage food cravings when you're starting healthier diet is to make sure that you eat at regular intervals. If you go a long time without eating, you're starving yourself up because not only you will physiologically hungry, you will also be mentally hungry because I mean you're going on a diet, you know you get hungry and then snacks that you eat, really make sure that your meal and snacks are balanced, if you include some protein with each meal and snack you are more likely to stay saded and fulfilled to be able to go a longer time before you get hungry again.
